OberMUN (Model United Nations) is an initiative that kicks off in 2017 from the enthusiasm of a group of ten students from the Liceo Guglielmo Oberdan in Trieste whose goal was to spread and consolidate an international approach in Trieste that could leave a sign in the school students.
During the days of the event, the students coming from different countries are engaged in a simulation of the Committees works of the United Nations. Each participant acts as delegate of a member country of the United Nations, representing its positions and the legislative decisions in order to ind common solutions, having a debate with the other countries
