On March 4th, Enrico Samer officially introduced Samer Academy to the staff of Samer & Co. Shipping during two dedicated sessions held in Piazza Unità and Riva Traiana.
The platform is designed as a structured internal environment to support professional development, strengthen shared identity, and provide practical tools to improve daily operational effectiveness and awareness.
Samer Academy brings together training, operational updates, and in-depth content, fostering internal communication and knowledge sharing across all company functions.
Special focus was given to the use of artificial intelligence in content development and to the introduction of Serena, the digital avatar guiding users through the platform.
The project confirms the Group’s commitment to innovation, skills, and continuous people development as a strategic driver of long-term growth.
