We have achieved the Gender Equality Certification!

This is an achievement that marks a significant milestone in our company’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment and promoting equal opportunities
Through a Steering Committee led by Lilli Samer as Project Manager, this journey began less than a year ago. The certification, which is valid for the next three years, was awarded by the accredited certification body DNV according to UNI/PdR 125:2022.
Our company recognizes that focusing on gender equality leads to a more inclusive workplace, which in turn fosters innovation by embracing diverse perspectives.
The certification process involved a thorough evaluation based on qualitative and quantitative indicators in six critical areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, opportunities for women's growth and inclusion, gender pay equity, parental leave and work-life balance.
The commitment now continues as we take the current initiatives forward and develop new projects, still prioritizing equality and inclusion at all levels of our corporate structure.
