We chose to lead the way by strengthening our digital capabilities with CargoWise

We streamlined daily operations by moving to the CargoWise platform, and will keep investing in digital technologies that can support our freight forwarding business.

We keep implementing the use of CargoWise, an integrated logistics execution platform, in order to ensure a return to our customers in the form of cost reduction, time saving, increased accuracy and visibility, customization, analysis and reporting. It has now been three years since the decision was made to equip our company with a software to maximise operations, and from the outset we have been working to customize the system by adapting it as much as possible to our needs and especially to those of our market. That means changing our business processes and mindset to meet the growing demand for efficient shipping solutions. This ultimately leads to a better customer experience, greater trust and potentially greater customer loyalty.

In collaboration with CargoWise developers, we have created a video on the experience of some colleagues using the platform to manage their operations on a daily basis. According to them, CargoWise has greatly impacted the workflows, while strengthening the relation with customers, partners and networks, automating and integrating the critical processes required in today's logistics environment. All shipment data are accessible, available and catalogued in a single digital box, helping to reduce work time, increase clarity on the procedures, and facilitate hand-offs between colleagues. All benefits that maximise the quality of service offered to the customers.
