Our Ship Agency recently managed an exceptional transport 23 meters long, 4.92 meters wide, 4.30 meters high, and 40 tons heavy, which had departed from France bound to Greece.
The cargo was a sailing yacht, over 16 meters long and with around 17 GRT (Gross Register Ton). The cargo arrived at the Ro-Ro terminal managed by Samer Seaports & Terminals, to be boarded on the M/V Assos Seaways which operates on the route to the Port of Pendik (Istanbul), but was discharged at the Patras stopover, to reach Athens.
On the same DFDS ro-ro ferry another special made-in-Italy vehicle was boarded, smaller in size but unique and distinctive. The was manufactured in Sant'Agata Bolognese (Emilia Romagna) and this detail lets you imagine which brand we are talking about.
