A subway wagon was spotted in the Riva Traiana Ro-Ro Terminal.
Over the past week, a 32.50 m.long, 2.5 m.wide, 3.67-m.-high, and 42.2 ton heavy subway wagon was discharged at the Samer Seaports terminal from Gallipoli Seaways, the DFDS ship coming from the port of Pendik. The wagon, built at the Durmaray factory in Bursa, an important town South of Istanbul, arrived at the Riva Traiana Terminal to be moved, through a delicate transshipment operation, on an exceptional truck bound to Poland.
That specific project, managed as Samer & Co. Shipping, regards the shipment of additional 12 subway wagons, always on the commercial route leading from the Eastern Mediterranean to the heart of Europe.
