Based on a recent study, our company is the first independent shipping agency in Italy! (with no ship owners in the company structure).
We ranked third in terms of turnover and fifth for market evaluation out of 152 Italian shipping agencies.
The survey was performed by Plimsoll (www.plimsoll.it), which assessed the pre-Covid commercial and financial outcome of 152 Italian shipping agencies among the largest on the market. As for turnover results, the first ranked is Forship SpA, the port terminal operator at the Ro-Ro terminal in Vado Ligure and shipping agent of its own owners, Corsica Ferries and Sardinia Ferries.
It is followed in second position by Agenzia Marittima Le Navi SpA, that, as well as Forship SpA, is shipping agent of its own owner, Mediterranean Shipping Company SA (MSC).
In the ranking elaborated in terms of turnover there are also two other companies of our Group, Edgar H. Greenham & Co. Srl and Alessandro Billitz Successori Srl, respectively ranking 93rd and 68th.
